Adam underwent an emergency appendectomy Tuesday night and is now recovering in the hospital. He posted these comments on his Facebook wall:

Wednesday Night

"I'd been feeling a bit under the weather for the last week. Yesterday went to the doctor and found I had acute appendicitis. Had emergency surgery last night to remove it. Improving but still have a bit of a fever and am pretty sore. I will hopefully be out of the hospital tomorrow. No visitors please - but I would value your prayers. First time in my adult life I've been the patient. Grateful for great nurses and docs!"

Thursday Morning

"Thanks, all, for your prayers. They mean so much. Certain there will be a sermon in this. Hoping to be released tonight."
